• The candidate’s inability to appear for the examination for any reason.
• The candidate not qualifying for the scholarship.
• The candidate not securing admission to any institution, regardless of the reason.
• Irrevocable Process: The application process is final, and no requests for cancellation, deferment, or withdrawal will be entertained after submission.

2. Non-Transferable Application

The application and associated fees are non-transferable. Candidates cannot transfer their application or payment to another individual or examination under any circumstances.

3. Payment Confirmation

• Candidates are required to carefully review all details before submitting the application form and making the payment. Once payment is confirmed:
• No corrections, alterations, or cancellations will be allowed.
• All payments made are considered final and non-reversible.

4. Force Majeure

• The no-refund policy applies even in situations beyond the applicant’s control, such

• Natural disasters, pandemics, or other force majeure events.

• Technical issues, personal emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances.

5. Applicant’s Responsibility

• By proceeding with the application, the applicant acknowledges that:

• They accept that no refund or cancellation request will be considered under any circumstances.
• They are responsible for ensuring their availability and eligibility for the examination.

6. Legal Compliance

• This refund policy is governed by applicable laws in India and aligns with the rules and regulations of online transactions.

• Any disputes or claims arising from this policy will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Delhi High Court.

7. Important Advisory

• Candidates are strongly advised to double-check all details and ensure their commitment to appear for the examination before making the payment.

• No exceptions will be made to this refund policy for any reason.

Acceptance of Policy

By submitting the application form and completing the payment, the applicant confirms their acceptance of this Refund Policy. They also agree that they will not seek a refund under any circumstances, whether directly or indirectly.
