Students from Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Bihar, Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand, Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Odisha, Puducherry, Rajasthan, Sikkim, Telangana, Tripura, Uttar Pradesh, and Uttarakhand can apply. However, the condition is that you must have completed and passed both Class 10 and Class 12 from a government school. This is a prerequisite. One more thing to keep in mind is that you must have taken admission as a regular student in the first year of any recognised undergraduate degree or diploma course of two to five years in the 2025-26 academic year, and this admission can be in any government or accredited private college or university in any state or union territory of India. You must be enrolled in Part 1 of a BA, BSc, or BCom program in 2025.

If you are enrolled in Part 1 of a BA, BSc, or BCom program in 2025, you can apply. Whether it's a graduate or diploma program, you must be in the first year. This is important. Now, if someone reaches the second year in 2025 or the third year in 2025, they cannot apply. You can only apply if you are in your first year in 2025. So, you must remember that only first-year students can apply, and students from any course other than graduation or diploma cannot apply . Secondly, you must remember that this scholarship is only for female students. Girls from any of these states can benefit from this scholarship. They can take advantage of this scholarship. The first phase of this scholarship will begin online from September 10, 2025, to September 30, 2025, and the second phase will be online between January 10, 2026, and January 31, 2026. The application process will be completely free. There will be no application fee .
